Shipping policy
Please note that there are two different shipping policies - one for custom team shop orders, one for general shop orders. Please have closer look at our terms and conditions:
CUSTOM:
Delivery is made exclusively against advance payment. 50% of the invoice amount is due upon order placement, and the remaining 50% of the invoice amount is due before delivery. Delivery dates and deadlines are binding only if they have been expressly confirmed in writing by CUORE. Late receipt of payments may lead to delays in the delivery date. The delivery time is interrupted during the examination of approval designs ("ready for print") by the customer, namely from the day of dispatch to the customer until the approval is received. If the customer requests further and thus chargeable changes to the order, a new delivery time begins again from the time of re-approval by the customer. In case of culpable exceeding of an agreed delivery deadline, default in delivery is given only after setting a reasonable grace period. Force majeure events entitle CUORE to postpone the delivery for the duration of the hindrance. Force majeure includes strikes, lockouts, and other circumstances that significantly impede or make delivery impossible. Shipment is made at the customer's risk and expense, even for "free house" deliveries. The risk passes to the customer as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the transport personnel or companies. If the customer wishes a special shipping method or route, they must bear the additional costs. Upon receipt of the shipment, the contents must be checked immediately for completeness and integrity. If the shipment is damaged, it must be immediately reported to the deliverer and documented in writing.
COLLECTION:
The shipping costs are not included in the price and depend on the value of the order, the condition of the goods (size, weight) and the respective delivery address. We offer free shipping over 150 €.
